If for some reason you ordered the incorrect product or aren’t happy with your purchase please send an email to email@example.com with your request. Please include the following information;
- your name;
- the date of purchase;
- proof of purchase
- your Purchase Reference Number (if applicable); and
- the reason for the return/exchange eg. Damaged goods
We have no other intentions but to please our customers, our team will endeavour to respond immediately to your request by email and confirm an outcome within 48 hours.
In the event your return is approved please send the item(s) to the address below. Please make sure to include your details on the package so we can identify whom the package belongs to. Please return using a tracked mail service only. Return mail costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is for the wrong item or a faulty item.
Once your returned item is received, an email will be sent to notify you that a refund will be processed.
